All of the buildings on the ranch are painted with this super-bright schoolhouse Red. I felt like I was back at summer camp when I was a kid. The ranch was really well kept with clean cabins that were very roomy and seemed perfect for big families. Everything is within close walking distance: the corrals, cabins and lodge where the meals are served. There is a very unique and large fireplace in the lodge where everyone can gather around and chat. They even had a cowboy singer come play one night that knew all the oldies. The rides are scenic with my favorite one being down in a small river valley that winds in and out of trees and over fallen trees. Overall I had a pleasant time and kept thinking that it would be a fine place for a family reunion or wedding. - Tell 'em Dusty Dave sent ya! |
