Total peace and quiet mixed with the sounds of nature make this the perfect place to bring a companion. I really felt like I was in a postcard and could not keep my camera in my bag more than 30 seconds. I saw so many deer that I just stopped taking pictures of them after a while. There are a vast variety of things to do in the area including horseback riding, river-rafting, fishing and more, that the owners can recommend. The little town of Eureka is close enough to pop down for lunch or just walk around. I was really impressed with how clean the cabin was. The cabins even have a complete kitchen so you don’t ever have to leave if you don’t want to. It is an unbelievably beautiful part of the country that simply must be seen. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or a place for your honeymoon, I can’t see how you wouldn’t be overly satisfied with Kasanka Mountain Ranch. - Tell 'em Dusty Dave sent ya!
